MILBOK is the first Eisbock within milks. Together with Asian top baristas and F&B professionals, we spent 3 years researching and developing a high-performance milk that would be perfect for cafés and other culinary applications.
The first eisbock within milks


We started with premium fresh milk, then we used an innovative filtration technology to ‘cold-purify’ the milk. In this process part of milk’s water content is removed resulting in enhanced nutritional values and ‘more milk within milk’. This is similar to the process used to make German eisbock beer, from which the product takes its name.

Characteristics of MILBOK ®

MILBOK’s higher milk fat content (5.5 % vs. 3.5 % in whole milk) enhances a natu- ral sweetness of milk. Significantly higher protein level (6.2% vs. 3.2 % in whole milk) plays a crucial role in frothing the milk. The optimised fat and protein ratio gives MILBOK a firm and long lasting milk foam with a delicious full-bodied flavor.

No thickeners, stabilizers, artificial ingredients, or coloring agents are used in MILBOK. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities ensure consistancy of MILBOK’s nutrition levels.
